Evaluer l’impact des nuisances sonores sur les maladies cardiovasculaires et les troubles psychiques
Le but de l’étude
Le bruit quotidien et particulièrement les nuisances sonores nocturnes peuvent perturber fortement notre sommeil. Ils entravent alors notre récupération, provoquent des insomnies comme des déséquilibres hormonaux et augmentent notre vulnérabilité aux problèmes cardiovasculaires. L’exposition au bruit ne diminue donc pas seulement notre bien-être mais peut ainsi avoir des répercussions sur notre santé physique et notre santé mentale. L’étude DecibeLaus, qui a démarré en octobre 2016, cherche à confirmer ces hypothèses et à mesurer l’impact de ces nuisances sonores sur la population lausannoise.
